Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are completely satisfied with your item. If this is not the case, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, swimsuits must be tried on with underwear, and their hygiene protection must be intact and in place if present.
We recommend carefully returning items in their original packaging.
FREE RETURNS
From August 15 to September 15, 2026, inclusive, returns are free for any order placed on our online store during this period, limited to one free return per order.
To make a return, contact us at contact@malabeachwear.com, indicating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Our team will send you your prepaid return label, along with the necessary instructions for returning your order to us.
To qualify for a free return, the prepaid label provided by our team must be used. Any costs incurred by using another shipping method will not be reimbursed.
We recommend keeping your proof of deposit and tracking number until our team confirms receipt of your return.
EXCHANGE AN ITEM

REFUNDS
Upon receipt of your return and after verification of the items, we will refund the amount of the returned items to the payment method used for your order.
The initial shipping costs incurred with the order are not refunded, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Depending on your bank, additional time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
RETURN RESPONSIBILITY
We recommend that you keep your proof of deposit carefully until your return is fully processed.
In case of difficulty concerning the delivery of your return package, please contact us so that our team can assist you with the carrier's procedures.
