However, if this is not the case, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition:
unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and secure shipping method. Mala Beachwear cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected,
your refund will be processed immediately by our team.

Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
